## How Mello works

- Process: Discover (business, goals, and current gaps) → Clarify (strategy, messaging, and positioning before any design) → Design (with feedback rounds built in) → Launch.
- Typical project timeline: 4 to 6 weeks.
- Payment: 50% upfront, 50% before launch; payment plans available for larger projects.
- Sites are built on Framer and are editable by the client after launch without a developer.
- Small tweaks in the first two weeks post-launch are included; ongoing updates are handled via retainer or project by project.
